Article 1: Description of the products
The products offered for sale are presented in the catalogue that the customer can consult on the site. They are described in good faith and in a detailed manner with the help of photos – the brand, model, measurements, materials, finishes and colours being specified.
The seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the description given corresponds to reality. Nevertheless, he cannot be held responsible for any errors in this description. If necessary, the buyer may exercise the recourse provided for in article 8 of these conditions.
Some products are also on display in the showroom at 90/92/94 rue Tenbosch in Ixelles.
Article 2: Access, content and use of the site
The information published on the site is regularly updated and checked. The seller cannot be held responsible for any errors contained on the site. The seller cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage relating to access to the site or arising from the normal use of the site, nor for any damage or virus that may affect the customer’s computer equipment.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the fraudulent use of the site.
Article 3: Intellectual property
All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents and more generally by intellectual property. It is forbidden to use, modify, copy or reproduce them without the express agreement of the owner.
Article 4: Invalidity
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract should be null and void due to a change in legislation, regulations or by the effect of a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity of the other clauses contained in these conditions.
Article 8: Duration
The present conditions apply to all contracts concluded during the entire period in which they are available on the site. Should they be modified, the new conditions will be communicated on the site and will be applicable to all contracts concluded from the time the new conditions are made available on the site.
Article 9: Conservation and archiving of transactions – proof
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the seller under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium.
